The DR Single Punch Round Cutter are made of food grade stainless steel. They can be used to cut fondant for cake decorating, to cut puff pastry dough, cookie dough, sponge cake inserts for all types of pastries, to cut chocolate to create decorations, etc.
You can add a stainless steel rod all around the cutter at the top for easy handling of the cutter. The rod you provide you a better grip and won t hurt your hand when pressing to cut. Very useful for cutting harder products.
